Peter Pan - Nieuwpoort

Since the dissapearance of Ridge Racer, Puzzle Bobble and (if I'm not mistaken Time Crisis II) about 10 to 15 years ago, the video-games make a comeback to arcade hall Peter Pan in Nieuwpoort with (currently) one machine: Aliens Armageddon!

It's great to see lunaparks getting new video games.

For years I've heard the usual "video games are dead" statement from a lot of operators who got rid of them, buying only new redemption games.

What do you think about the game? Did you try it?

Personally, I like the vibrating seat and the controls but the game feels hard the first time you play (the time to get used to the gameplay I think).

Last time I was there a couple of weeks ago the Alien Armageddon was still there (1 gun was out of order). They added a Plants vs Zombies: Iceman game (2players, with real water guns), that's also a ticket redemption machine. Not sure if this qualifies as an actual arcade game...
