N.style arcade

Hallo everyone.
I recently bought another arcade, but i seem to run into some problems.
The seller said that the screen was perfect and so was the sound but that it needed a fuse replace in order to get it going again.
So i replaced the fuses and no sound (offcourse not the wire goes straight from the jamma to the speakers).
But i can live with that, but... The screen makes a very high pitched noise when it is turned on and changes frequency when the screen turns mostly white.
So i went and did some looking (and hearing) around on the monitorboard i figured it was coming from this guy (see picture).
So i tried contacting the seller but offcourse he is ghosting me, so i got burned on this one.
I figured out its the width coil making the noise and saw people telling that by shifting the center by inserting a toothpick to offset it it could be fixed.
But the problem is there seems to be a removable plastic casing over it but i gently tried removing it but it wouldent budge.
So instead of forcing it and running the risk of destroying it outright i decided to go online and look for some help.
The model of the arcade is called n.style and was produced in france, but for the lifz of me i cant seem to find a pdf of the manual anywhere.
Any help would be greatly apriciated.

Hey, thanks for the reply. 
I am honna have a look when i am home, do you mean what tube or the chassis it is?.
Because the tube i do not know of the top of my head but the chassis is called n.Style vns 110-00.

If the tube is the original one, it's probably a Videocolor. In that case, some Hantarex chassis could be used.

If the tube is the original one, it's probably a Videocolor. In that case, some Hantarex chassis could be used.

If you could tell me wick one that would be a major help, i do think the tube is the original one and it looks pretty good and has no burn in. 
The wires on the tube (yoke) have come loose some but that would easily be fixed with some hot glue.

I am finaly home and went and took a look at the tube, and you are absolutely right it is a video color. 
Do you know wick hantarex chassis would work on this tube?.
