Initial D The Arcade ver 2.4  (Season 4) is in operation since April 4th.

Season 4 is build on the driving performance of Season 3, adjusting the driving performance of all models to make the individuality of each car stand out even more. The competition system has also been adjusted to make the racing more heated. In addition, the time trial ranking has been changed to a ranking based on times recorded in 'Season 4'. The time recorded in 'Season 4' will be displayed on the game screen and the ranking from 'Season 3' will be inscribed in the Hall of Fame ranking as a great record.

New features:

- the Tsubaki Line course
- the new Honda CIVIC TYPE R (FL5)
- Team functionality update. A large number of new team stickers have been added to the team function. New stickers are available to collect and exchange for 'ranking stickers' and the new item 'team tokens', which can be earned for higher team points, and the background of the team menu changes according to the team grade.
- the "XX" rank above the "X" and the "Ruby" rank above the "Sapphire" are now available in the Rider grade. Increasing the mode ranks will give you the new meter 'Phoenix', the new under-neon shape 'Leaf' and more.
- LEGEND has been added to Time Trial as a further rating above MASTER+.
- Two additional characters can be used as partners in the one-player mode 'Fastest Theory on Public Roads': Saitama area Nobuhiko Akiyama and Saitama area Kyoko Iwase.
- A special plate "VIP Title" will be added to the titles
- Avatar parts added

The official national tournament Public Road Championship 2nd will start this summer and will end in March 2025.

Public Road Ultimate Battle 2nd will hold official tournaments in three categories: the two-car battle category KING OF DRIVER 2nd, the four-car battle category Touge Battle Royale 2nd and the time trial category MASTER ATTACKER 2nd.

Regional tournaments, which will serve as qualifiers for the two-car battle category and four-car battle category, will be held in six locations nationwide from August to February of the following year. In addition, it has been decided that the Tokai, Southern Kanto, and Kinki tournaments will be held over two days. At the two-day venues, the four-car battle category "Touge Battle Royale" will be held for two days, and various other events are planned.

At the regional tournaments, we will also be holding social gatherings and events where you can win prizes. The participation method and entry period will vary depending on the division and venue.

Initial D The Arcade ver 2.5 is available since July 18th.
