If you're looking for a functional (but not in perfect condition) New Astro City, you can buy it from Ronnie in Holland. Just be sure that the screen has no burn.

Otaku Shop in France is ok too and offers the option to refurbish the cab completely (cleaned, repaint, etc...) at a cost of course. As they're located in the South of France, shipping cost is higher than from Holland.
