Hi Jesse and welcome here,
technically, you may convert your Block Block to another game running on the same hardware like Pang by burning new eproms (which I or other members on this forum can do), but your choices would be rather limited (there are not many games using this PCB, only a dozen including Japanese quiz, poker and baseball games). And if there's a protection chip (maybe) or that your PCB is a bootleg, it won't work.
I would suggest that you look for another PCB in JAMMA format (hoping that your cabinet doesn't use the Brabo pinout). Some games can be found for 30€. Of course, the classics are much more expensive.
Do you have the spinner or the joystick version of Block Block? If your control panel is equipped with spinners, you'll have to replace them with joysticks as used for most games.
You'll also need to rotate the monitor to turn it to horizontal, not hard to do but it's easier (and safer) with a friend...
If you're looking for a plug and play replacement (vertical monitor and spinners), there's Arkanoid - Revenge of DOH but it won't change a lot from Block Block (and you may have to rewire the spinner anyway).
