| So, Live in Antwerpen, born '84, and do shitty jobs to pay my rent. Especially like fighting games. And I just notice this messageboard has a nice list of smilies.

Reminds me of someone... Welkom Dimitris!!! I have many fond memories of Antwerpen; USA Import, the Zoo, Chinatown, Bonzai (Deurne), hardcore parties at the harbour, great nights at the Sportpaleis, and of course lots of bars with arcade games! It's a beautiful city. Unfortunately, I haven't been there in a long time... Whatever, enjoy these forums! _________________ Visit the website.

Reminds me of someone... What's your shitty job? Me it's some clerk job. I'm postman in Namur/Namen. I wouldn't say that's a shitty job, it's a hard one (wakeup early, work fast, carry heavy, outside in all weathers) but I kinda like it. It's nightmare at times but you have better days too. I like the fact that it's a logical and concrete/practical task (you directly see the purpose of your work) and also that when you're home you don't think about your work anymore. When I was working into computers, I was always thinking about how to solve a problem, or how I could do this and that... I've done lots of different jobs in my life: vendor in a record shop, computer technician, system administrator, warehouseman in a food factory, TV/hi-fi seller, clerk in an arcade (Louvain-la-Neuve), computer seller, worker at an arcade on funfairs, assembler of video surveillance systems,... I've had better paid jobs but by two times, the companies where I worked closed down. Hopefully it shouldn't happen with bpost... Unfortunately, it's interim so I get a new contract each week, never knowing if I'll still have a job the week after... Economic climate is bad in the south of the country, you quickly lose your job and you can be sure that the one you'll find next will be worse/less paid. By the way, I'm LPIC-1 Certified Linux Professional, Novell Certified Linux Administrator and Novell Certified Data Center Technical Specialist. But that doesn't matter, local employers don't even understand what it is. They seems to need hands, not brains (at last, they think so). _________________ Visit the website.

| Haha nice list. Has some interesting things in it.
I've considered postman before. Maybe after my job now...
And yeah, scarce times in the north too, man.
