With the ki hardware being weak, many of these died. Only cared after pcb still work. That big heatsink on the pcb... so lame!

Fortunately, KI PCBs are easier to find than KI cabinets.

Well not sure we have to say fortunately, this probably means many dedicated cabs have been trashed...

I think that's true, It's sad to hear that these KI1 are almost exterminated, I hope to find one soon...in the VS can I find a few cabinets but I don't trust the shippment and payment, you' re never 100% sure if it will arrive and will play

Davy, when you got one of these shipped, make sure they protect the board very well! The heat sink on the CPU is a real PCB killer!

I recieved good news, I found a KI1 , in perfect schape,with a flashcard, just the price goes over the edge, they ask 1000 euro, a guy from belgium will bring it to my door, is this a good price or is it to much?I've seen they go this high on ebay.......

Well you have to take into consideration it is in good condition and easily taken to your door. From my point of view, this looks like a total rip off. But again, I dunno your budget neither how much you like the game hehe.

I'd personnally put 600 for a great condition KI, no more.

I really like the game a lot, it is very expansive and I think it will be mine, but it 's still a lot of money, My MK 2 arcade was 450 euro, also in very good shape, tis KI 1 is more wanted than a MK cabinet
I really have to think this over

By the way, there's an original Killer Instinct cabinet for sale on the website. It contains Soul Edge Ver. II not Killer Instinct. But if you find a KI PCB, this is fine... and it's located in Belgium!

Yes, I think it was a mounth (or 2-3)ago that I've send an email to that person but I didn't recieve any reaction, I think it will be long gone....
And for me the good news is that I bought the killer instinct dedicated yesterday.........
