X-arcade joystick: where to get one that is affordable

I've been reading up on this fine piece of hardware. I want to make my own mame cabinet after the summer.
I can buy it of the official site but would cost me almost 500 dollars to get it here.
I've seen other people who have been able to buy it for 150 euro, but that was on old posts of forums.

Is there a place somewhere in Belgium of Europa to order one?
